Structural Balance Improvers Yoga Some people find when they start yoga that their bodies are not used to doing this type of exercise and experience muscle pain. Although this is normal when starting any type of exercise and some postures are still difficult to achieve. This has a lot to do with our structural balance between the muscles and skeletal being in out of harmony. The effects of this can be noticed and yoga can help with this but getting your structure balanced in clinic can dramatically speed up this process and improve your yoga sessions. Its done by testing muscles and structure in their function and gently putting them back to where they should be. I recommended that anyone who is really interested in practising yoga should get their body balanced in combination with more yoga practice. For total health it is best to combine Yoga with structural alignment to keep your body in balance to practice Yoga and internal health in the form of Acupuncture / Massage. This way you will look, feel & be healthier in everyway. This is why I treat in clinic also & recommend everyone who is student of mine to get treatments.
